Take Up Units
Vertical, pattern laid take-up units. With this design there is no need to halt production to change the coil. Wire production can continue uninterrupted while the completed coil is removed. The speed of each wire can be independently controlled or controlled in groups by way of individual variable-frequency motors fitted to each unit (5.5KW and 0.75KW) thus allowing different diameters of wire can be galvanized at the same time. Coil weights up to 1 tonne can be selected. Exchange of coils is simple and easy.
